I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Virginia, dedicated to helping adults find their footing and move toward the life they deserve.

With a background in top Virginia psychiatric facilities, adult mental health programs, and addiction medicine, I bring deep experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, and substance use disorders — including Medication Assisted Treatment for alcohol, opioid, and cocaine dependence.

Together we'll build a treatment plan that fits your life — whether that includes medication, therapy, holistic approaches, or a combination.
